Merritt House is an AA 4 Star rated B&B located in Paignton, Devon, offering high quality accommodation and a wide choice of delicious breakfasts that have earned us the AA Breakfast Award. We offer ensuite ground and first floor rooms, free Wi-Fi, and  a warm and friendly welcome. All our rooms are individually decorated and furnished in a period style in keeping with the age of the house, which was built in the 1880s.

Merritt House is set in a quiet residential position, just off the sea front and close to the town centre.  The traditional Victorian townhouse accommodation is light, airy, and well appointed, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  Only five minutes’ level walk to Paignton town centre, the seafront, and the bus and rail stations, Merritt House is the ideal base for enjoying the best of Paignton, and the Torbay area.
